Title: "Cutting a Way Through Reeds"

Site: Reed bushes on the riverside of the River Tone

Concept:
There are reeds growing thick along the riverside of the River Tone. Reeds are two to three meters tall so that the view is obstructed. The upper parts of reeds are cut off with a grass cutter to make open space. The cut-off reeds at the same level make a flat surface suitable for a foothold. Walking along the footholds made on gradually elevating levels, visitors can reach the top of the reeds. From there, they can view a carpet of reed flowers and a huge man-made waterway of the River Tone.
