■Hisami Kanazawa and Utako Tanaka Proposal

Title: "Red Line"

Concept:
Toride citizens, who wear red clothes with very long sleeves, line up about 4 kilometers on the border between Toride and Abiko, around Tone River and Oobori. In fact, the borderline is recognizable only on maps, but it is consi dered to have an important meaning in society. Therefore, this work aims to change the negative role of borderline such as dividing regions or countries into the positive role to combine Toride citizens divided by the river.
