Title: "Another River"

Site: The basin of the River Tone

Concept:
Is the River Tone familiar to Toride citizens? Although the river flows in the center of the city, the citizens can hardly see it because all the buildings along the river block the view. Even from the top of the riverbank, the water surface is screened by the reed bushes beyond the wide park on the basin. The river is nearby, but it is distant. Through "Another River," people will be connected to the river.
